Pipedrive PRM
Partner management built for Pipedrive
Partners refer and register deals in a portal on your domain. Approved referrals land in Pipedrive with the partner attached, and the deals you win there drive the partner's commission.
- Live two-way Pipedrive sync
- Partners free and unlimited
- Partner panel inside Pipedrive
Why Pipedrive needs a PRM
Pipedrive runs your pipeline. It wasn't built to run your partners. Four things tend to break when a partner program lives in custom fields and email.
- Partners can't work inside your CRMPipedrive is built for your own sales team. Giving partners a way to submit referrals and follow them means extra seats, shared forms or a lot of email.
- Attribution lives in a field someone has to fillA 'partner' field on deals only works if every rep sets it, every time, and nobody renames a partner.
- Commissions end up in a spreadsheetMarking a deal won tells you it closed. It doesn't approve the commission, invoice it, pay the partner or collect their W-9.
- Partners can't see what happenedWithout a portal, every 'what happened to my referral?' and 'when do I get paid?' becomes a message to you.
How it works
Partner.io sits beside Pipedrive, not inside it. Your sales team keeps working in Pipedrive. Partners work in your portal. The sync keeps both up to date.
- [01]Connect PipedriveAuthorize with OAuth from Integrations, then choose whether referrals sync as leads or deals, and into which pipeline.
- [02]Map your fieldsMap each referral question to a Pipedrive field, set how deal owners are assigned and add any fixed values.
- [03]Partners refer in your portalPartners submit referrals and register deals in a portal on your domain. Approved ones land in Pipedrive.
- [04]Pipedrive decides the outcomeStage, value and won or lost come back through live webhooks, so commissions follow what actually closed.
The sync
Set up the way your Pipedrive already works. Leads Inbox or deals, your pipeline, your owners and your fields.
The full detail is on the Pipedrive integration page.
- What referrals become
- Pipedrive leads or deals. The partner rep is added as a person in an organization named after their company, linked through fields you choose.
- Where deals go
- New deals go into the pipeline you pick. Stage changes sync back from any pipeline, and the source channel is set to Partner.io.
- Who owns them
- Assign deal owners round-robin across your Pipedrive users, by the partner's manager, or to one person.
- Which fields they fill
- Map each referral question to a Pipedrive field, including select options, and set fixed values for every record Partner.io creates.
- What comes back
- Live webhooks bring back stage, value, currency, expected close date, won or lost, notes and the products on the deal.
- When a lead becomes a deal
- Converting a Pipedrive lead to a deal keeps the partner attached, so the referral follows it through to won.
Inside Pipedrive
Your reps see the partner on the deal. A Partner.io panel on every synced deal shows who referred it, their company and tier, with a link to work on the referral in Partner.io.

FAQ
Pipedrive PRM questions
Does Pipedrive have a PRM?
Pipedrive is a CRM for your own sales team rather than a partner relationship management system. You can track partners with custom fields and a pipeline, but partners can't submit referrals, follow their deals or see what they're owed without a separate portal. A PRM like Partner.io adds that layer and syncs it with Pipedrive.
Is the Partner.io Pipedrive integration two-way?
Yes. Approved referrals sync to Pipedrive as leads or deals with the partner attached, and live webhooks send stage, value, currency, won or lost and notes back to Partner.io. Notes you add in Partner.io go to Pipedrive too, and you can re-sync any referral by hand from its page.
Do partners need Pipedrive seats?
No. Partners never sign in to Pipedrive. They use your Partner.io partner portal, which is free for partners in unlimited numbers. You pay $79 per seat per month only for members of your own team who sign in to Partner.io.
Should referrals sync as Pipedrive leads or deals?
Either. Syncing as leads puts referrals in Pipedrive's Leads Inbox, so sales can qualify them first. When a lead is converted to a deal in Pipedrive, Partner.io follows the conversion and keeps the partner attached. Registered deals always sync as deals, into the pipeline you choose.
What does the Partner.io panel in Pipedrive show?
On deals synced from Partner.io, the panel shows the referring partner and their company with links to both, the partner's tier and country, the event the referral came from if there was one, and a link to work on the referral in Partner.io.
Are commissions calculated from won deals in Pipedrive?
Yes, once you set a reward for won referrals. When a synced deal is marked won in Pipedrive, the referral is marked won in Partner.io and the commission is worked out from the deal value. Rewards can also be triggered when a deal enters a pipeline stage you pick.
Is the Pipedrive integration included in every plan?
Yes. Partner.io has one plan, and the Pipedrive integration is part of it, including during the 7-day free trial. HubSpot is included too, and Salesforce is in beta and turned on per account on request.
