Crossbeam alternatives: account mapping and PRM options

Crossbeam alternatives for account mapping and co-selling, compared on published pricing, record limits and what each does after an overlap. Every fact comes from each vendor's own site.

Partner.io makes one of the tools on this page. Every fact about the other tools comes from their own website, linked where it is used, and was checked on . Products and prices change, so confirm details with each vendor. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we will fix it.

Short answer

Crossbeam alternatives include PartnerTap for account mapping and co-selling with a free edition, and Kiflo and Partner.io, which build account mapping into a full PRM with deal registration and payouts. Choose by whether you need a mapping network on its own, or overlaps that turn into partner-credited deals in the same tool.

Why teams look at Crossbeam alternatives

Crossbeam calls itself the ecosystem revenue platform. It finds the accounts you share with partners by comparing CRM data, and gives that data to partner and sales teams, with a network it describes as more than 30,000 companies. It merged with Reveal in 2024, and the Reveal platform has since been decommissioned (see Reveal alternatives). These facts from its own pages, as of October 15, 2026, are the ones to weigh:

  • A free plan with limits. The pricing page lists Free at $0 forever with up to 3 seats. Single-partner mapping shows up to 50 records at a time, and record exports are not included.
  • Paid plans start at $4,800 a year. Connector is $4,800 per year with one full-access seat and $1,800 per extra seat per year, on an annual contract; paying monthly adds 10%. Supernode and Enterprise are custom priced, and revenue attribution starts on Supernode.
  • Mapping, not partner operations. The pages we checked do not describe a native partner portal, deal registration, commissions or partner payouts. Crossbeam connects to PRMs such as Impartner, Mindmatrix and PartnerStack for lead and deal registration, and its PartnerStack integration is available on Connector and Supernode.
  • CRM and data sources. The integrations page lists HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Sheets and CSV upload, plus Gong and Slack.

None of these is a drawback for every team. If your partners already use Crossbeam and you want the widest mapping network, it may be the right tool. Teams that want more records on a free plan, or want overlaps to become registered deals and paid commissions in the same tool, may want to compare the options below. The alternatives one by one

PartnerTap

PartnerTap calls itself an account mapping and agentic co-selling platform. Its pricing page describes the Free Edition as unlimited account mapping and pipeline sharing with any partner at no cost, with up to 5 report downloads. Three paid editions, Unlimited Account Mapping, Unlimited Co-Selling and Unlimited Agentic Co-Selling, are priced through sales; they add multi-partner mapping, attribution, co-sell workflows and, on the top edition, MCP, API and a data lake exporter. Every edition lists unlimited users, partners and records, and account mapping also covers partners who share lists offline. Like Crossbeam, PartnerTap does not describe a partner portal, commissions or payouts on the pages we checked, so pair it with a PRM if you need those.

Kiflo

Kiflo is a PRM that calls account mapping the engine underneath it. Its account mapping shows which partners overlap with your target accounts and open deals, ranks accounts by partner coverage and pushes overlaps into HubSpot and Salesforce, and Kiflo says it is available on every plan. The page does not say how partner data gets in, so ask. The pricing page lists Core at $399 per month for 25 partners, scaling to a 50-partner cap, with Plus and Premier through sales; its FAQ says all plans are 12-month contracts paid upfront once a year, so confirm terms. Kiflo prepares each payout and your finance team pays partners.

Partner.io

Partner.io (our product) is a PRM for B2B SaaS teams running referral, reseller, agency and technology partners without a large partner ops team. Account mapping is built in: a partner uploads a customer or prospect list from the portal and chooses how much to share, or you map against your HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive data. You see a matrix of overlaps, drill into each cell and create a lead from a fresh overlap, so the partner is credited when it closes. From there, the same tool runs deal registration, tiers, training with certification, commissions with approval rules and Stripe payouts. Pricing is $79 per seat per month for your own team, partners are free and unlimited, and the 7-day free trial needs no credit card. Partner.io applies a $20 commission credit each month, and above that each payout carries a fee of 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction (Terms of Service 3.1). The Salesforce integration is in beta, and Partner.io has no network of companies to map against: you map with the partners you invite.

PRMs that connect to Crossbeam instead

Some PRMs do not replace Crossbeam but connect to it, so you keep Crossbeam for mapping and run the program elsewhere. Crossbeam's own pages name Impartner, Mindmatrix and PartnerStack, and Introw lists a Crossbeam integration on its Scale and Enterprise plans, according to its pricing page. This route makes sense if your partners already map with you in Crossbeam; check which Crossbeam plan the integration needs.

The short version

Crossbeam is a strong choice when your partners are already on it and you want mapping across a big network. If you want unlimited records for free, PartnerTap is worth a look. If you want overlaps to turn into partner-credited deals, commissions and payouts in one tool, compare Kiflo and Partner.io. For a wider list of PRM tools, see the best PRM software for SaaS.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to Crossbeam?

It depends on what you use Crossbeam for. If you want account mapping and co-selling on their own, PartnerTap is the closest match and has a free edition. If you want overlaps to turn into registered deals, commissions and payouts in one tool, Kiflo and Partner.io include account mapping in a PRM. Several PRMs, including Introw, PartnerStack and Impartner, connect to Crossbeam instead of replacing it.

Is Crossbeam free?

Crossbeam has a free plan. As of October 15, 2026, its pricing page lists Free at $0 forever with up to 3 seats, single-partner account mapping that shows up to 50 records at a time, and no record exports. The Connector plan is $4,800 per year with one seat, and Supernode and Enterprise are custom priced.

Is Crossbeam a PRM?

Crossbeam calls itself an ecosystem revenue platform. Its pages describe account mapping, co-selling and partner data for sales teams. A partner portal, deal registration, commissions and partner payouts are not described as native features on the pages we checked; Crossbeam connects to PRMs such as Impartner and PartnerStack for lead and deal registration.

Do my partners need to use the same tool for account mapping?

In a mapping network such as Crossbeam or PartnerTap, both sides connect their data, though both also support partners who share data offline. In Partner.io, a partner can upload a customer or prospect list from the portal and choose how much to share, so they do not need a CRM connection. Kiflo's account mapping page does not say how partner data gets in, so ask the vendor.
