Short answer

Reveal merged with Crossbeam in 2024, and Crossbeam says the Reveal platform and website have been decommissioned. Former Reveal users can move to Crossbeam, which has a free plan, or choose PartnerTap for account mapping with a free edition, or Kiflo or Partner.io for account mapping inside a full PRM with deal registration and payouts.

What happened to Reveal

Reveal was an account mapping platform known for its nearbound approach. It merged with Crossbeam: a Crossbeam ELG Insider post dated July 11, 2024 says the two signed a term sheet in March 2024 and completed the merger in June. The merger announcement says the combined company is called Crossbeam and that everyone will be able to partner with everyone on one network.

Crossbeam's Reveal sunset page now says the Reveal platform and the Reveal.co website have officially been decommissioned. It says Reveal's favorite features are already part of Crossbeam or on the roadmap, and sends Reveal users to log in to Crossbeam, with Crossbeam Academy, office hours and a Slack user group for help. The merger FAQ promised paying customers "no surprise changes to your service". The pages we checked do not describe migration pricing or how Reveal data moves across, so ask Crossbeam if that matters to you.

For most former Reveal users, Crossbeam is the obvious next step, since partners from both networks are now there. But if you are choosing again anyway, it is worth checking what else fits, especially if you used Reveal to find overlaps and then managed the resulting deals in spreadsheets or a separate PRM.

The options one by one

Crossbeam

Crossbeam calls itself the ecosystem revenue platform. Its pricing page lists Free at $0 forever with up to 3 seats, single-partner mapping that shows up to 50 records at a time, and no record exports. Connector is $4,800 per year with one full-access seat and $1,800 per extra seat per year, on an annual contract, and adds full mapping, 5,000 exports and co-sell workflows. Supernode and Enterprise are custom priced, with revenue attribution from Supernode. It integrates with HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Snowflake, Google Sheets and CSV upload. A partner portal, deal registration and payouts are not described as native features on the pages we checked. For more options, see Crossbeam alternatives.

PartnerTap

PartnerTap calls itself an account mapping and agentic co-selling platform. Its Free Edition offers unlimited account mapping and pipeline sharing with any partner at no cost, with up to 5 report downloads, and every edition lists unlimited users, partners and records. Paid editions are priced through sales and add multi-partner mapping, attribution, co-sell workflows and, on the top edition, MCP, API and a data lake exporter. Its account mapping also covers partners who share lists offline. Partner portal, commissions and payouts are not described on the pages we checked.

Kiflo

Kiflo is a PRM with native account mapping on every plan: it shows which partners overlap with your target accounts and open deals and pushes overlaps into HubSpot and Salesforce. The page does not say how partner data gets in, so ask. The pricing page lists Core at $399 per month for 25 partners, up to a 50-partner cap, with Plus and Premier through sales, and its FAQ says all plans are 12-month contracts paid upfront once a year. Kiflo prepares each payout and your finance team pays partners.

Partner.io

Partner.io (our product) is a PRM for B2B SaaS teams running referral, reseller, agency and technology partners. Account mapping is built in: a partner uploads a customer or prospect list from the portal and chooses how much to share, or you map against your HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive data. You create a lead from a fresh overlap so the partner is credited when it closes, and the same tool runs deal registration, tiers, training, commissions and Stripe payouts. Pricing is $79 per seat per month for your own team, partners are free and unlimited, and the 7-day free trial needs no credit card. Payouts carry a fee of 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction above a $20 monthly credit (Terms of Service 3.1). Partner.io has no shared network like Crossbeam's: you map with the partners you invite, and the Salesforce integration is in beta.

The short version

Reveal is gone, and Crossbeam is the path it offers former users. If you are choosing again, PartnerTap is the closest standalone mapping alternative with a free edition, and Kiflo and Partner.io put account mapping inside a PRM so overlaps become deals and payouts in one place. FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What happened to Reveal?

Reveal merged with Crossbeam. A Crossbeam ELG Insider post dated July 11, 2024 says the two companies signed a term sheet in March 2024 and completed the merger in June. The combined company uses the Crossbeam name, and Crossbeam's sunset notice says the Reveal platform and the Reveal.co website have officially been decommissioned.

Can I still use Reveal?

No. As of October 15, 2026, Crossbeam's Reveal sunset page says the Reveal platform is no longer available and points Reveal users to log in to Crossbeam, with Crossbeam Academy, office hours and a user group for help. It says Reveal's best-known features are already part of Crossbeam or on its roadmap.

Is there a free alternative to Reveal?

Yes. As of October 15, 2026, Crossbeam lists a Free plan at $0 forever with up to 3 seats and single-partner mapping that shows up to 50 records at a time. PartnerTap lists a Free Edition with unlimited account mapping and pipeline sharing, capped at 5 report downloads. Partner.io offers a 7-day free trial.

Do I have to move to Crossbeam?

No. Crossbeam is the path its sunset page offers Reveal users, and it keeps you in the same network as partners who were on either platform. If you used Reveal mainly to find overlaps and then managed the deals somewhere else, a PRM with account mapping built in, such as Kiflo or Partner.io, can cover both steps.
